IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
o Read all instructions before use.
o Do not touch hot surfaces; use handles or knobs.
o To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance in
water or any other liquid.
o Close supervision is necessary when appliance is used near children.
o Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the Steamer
to cool before putting on or taking off parts. The Steamer only works when
the unit is plugged in and the power switch is on.
o Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.
o The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may cause injuries and invalidate any warranty you may have.
o Do not use outdoors, or on or near direct heat sources
o Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces or
come into contact with naked heat source.
o Do not overfill.
o Do not use this appliance for any use other than the intended use. This
appliance is for household use only.
o Liquid or steam should not be directed towards equipment containing
electrical components such as interiors of ovens
o This appliance is an attended appliance, and as such should never be left
ON or whilst hot without adult supervision.
o The jet of steam emitted can be very powerful; so make sure it is not
directed at persons, pets or delicate items.
o The Steamer’s tank should be filled only with cool/cold water only after the
unit is disconnected from the power supply. NEVER FILL THE TANK WITH
HOT WATER.
o NEVER fill with boiled water, even if allowed to cool.
o The Steamer takes a few minutes to reach operating temperature. During
this time, the Steamer head will become hot but not totally effective. You
may hear the Steamer’s heating system, this is entirely normal and not a
cause for product returns.
o ALWAYS empty the water from the Steamer after use.

BEFORE USE
Check that the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the mains voltage of
your home. This appliance is fitted with an earth for extra safety. Remove all
packaging from the Garment Steamer.
Your new Garment Steamer is an attended appliance,
and as such should not be left operating unattended.
